University:Future Festival 2025

From May 13 to 15, 2025, the fifth University:Future Festival (U:FF) took place under the theme “/imagine”. Since 2020, the U:FF has been the leading event on the digital transformation of higher education, offering guidance, networking opportunities, and inspiration. It brings together everyone engaged in academic education – university staff and students, researchers and policymakers, civil society, and artists.

FAU Education staff member Alessandra Kenner gave a lightning talk titled “Imagine the Impact: Potentials and Challenges of Qualitative Interim Evaluations”. She highlighted how Teaching Analysis Polls can foster a forward-thinking feedback culture at universities.

On May 14, visitors to the Shifting:Stage in Nuremberg were introduced to a wide range of innovative teaching and learning approaches. Several members of the FAU Education team attended and took away valuable ideas for their work in higher education and media didactics.
