FAU is breaking new ground in inclusive higher education with the Inclusive Education Bavaria project. The Inclusive Education Bavaria (IBB) cooperation project, which is unique in Bavaria, is run by Access – Inclusion in Working Life and FAU. It trains people with disabilities to become so-called education specialists who teach inclusion at Bavarian universities, thereby bringing it to life. The specialists contribute their experiences with inclusion to seminars, teaching and events – and thus become active co-creators of the university world.

In our seminar on 10 February 2026 (in German), you will gain an insight into the lives of people with disabilities and learn methods for inclusive teaching and learning.
