CCE successful in the Teaching Innovation Fund
Since 2016, FAU has had an Innovation Fund for Teaching. We at CCE are excited about the funding for the project “SCALE-UP: Academic Success through Curricular Adaptation and Teaching Development – Universal and Practical.” The focus of our project is on promoting academic success in an increasingly diverse student body with different needs in the learning process.
Together with lecturers, Dr. Uwe Fahr and Anna-Katharina Scholz plan to develop subject-specific concepts that adapt proven didactic approaches such as adaptive learning, peer teaching, and research-based learning to specific subject contexts. The concepts are tested in everyday teaching and further developed with the participation of students. The resulting didactic models are transferred to our further training program at CCE.
