FAU Education Survey “AI in Teaching” – Participate until February 28, 2026!
All FAU teachers and students have the opportunity to participate in the survey on “AI in Education” until February 28, 2026.
How can artificial intelligence (AI) be meaningfully integrated into higher education teaching from a didactic perspective? What experiences have already been gained with AI tools? And where is there currently a need for support?
To answer these questions in a well-founded manner, the FAU Competence Center for Education (CCE), as part of the STiL project “KIKomp – AI Competence in Digital Education,” is conducting two surveys — one for lecturers and one for students.

For FAU Students

The survey (duration: approx. 5 minutes) aims to show
- which specific approaches to implementing AI already exist,
- what advice and support is currently needed with regard to AI in teaching,
- and which framework conditions can contribute to the successful use of AI in a university context.
Your perspective thus contributes directly to the further development of support services and teaching formats at FAU in line with the needs of teachers and students.
Thank you for your support!
Mit By participating, you are making an important contribution to the further development of digital and AI-supported teaching at FAU.
About the project
The “KIKomp – AI Competence in Digital Education” project supports teachers and students in using AI confidently, reflectively, and collaboratively. Based on a co-creation approach, AI skills are developed jointly, teaching and learning formats are tested, and good practices are established. The findings from courses, a series of seminars for teachers, a modular AI toolkit, and accompanying research are incorporated into the further development of AI-supported teaching throughout the university. In order to tailor these offerings even better to actual needs, we are currently conducting surveys among FAU teachers and FAU students and would be delighted if you would participate.
